Abstract

Introduction: This text presents the experience of the first edition of Server's Week - Proud to be UNICAMP, promoted by the GGBS. In the end, we hope to demonstrate how successful the event was. Objective: To explain how the first edition of Servant's Week - Proud to be UNICAMP took place, from October 23 to 27, 2023, in the cities of Campinas, Limeira, Paulínia and Piracicaba. Methodology: We used the experience report as a methodological resource (Mussi; Flores and Almeida, 2021), as well as quantitative data and qualitative data, such as the results of the satisfaction survey. Results: The first edition of UNICAMP's Employee Week was a success, with broad participation and approval from employees. The activities, focused on art, culture, health and well-being, were well evaluated. The organization learned from the challenges and intends to improve the next edition, with a view to holding an even more efficient and satisfying event for the civil servants. Conclusion: Server's Week - Proud to be UNICAMP, with its focus on well-being, culture and integration, was a successful experience. The figures for the high level of participation and satisfaction among civil servants show that the event achieved its objectives of valuing civil servants and strengthening their bond with the University.
