Abstract

Almost none of the vast production of one of the most fundamental Bolshevik leaders has been published in Brazil to date. In this sense, Douglas Estevam's introduction to the book could not begin more eloquently: Anatoli Lunacharsky was “an intellectual among the Bolsheviks and a Bolshevik among intellectuals” (p.7).
