Abstract

The subject of the present essay is the deficit of a State Theory in the Regulation Theory. The author claims that this deficit represents a gap that can not be fulfilled within the framework of the Regulation Theory. In this sense, an attempt to eliminate it, based on the marxian concept of form, implies not a complement to this Theory, but an effort to its reformulation as a whole.
