Abstract
The source of domination in modern societies is the fact that this class has the monopoly of the means of production. From this it directly arises the power of that class over the employees and other dependants. In a larger scale of domination, the bourgeoisie uses the State's instruments of regulation, repression, coercion and persuasion, expanding and deepening the submission of the other social classes.
