Abstract
This article examines the debates that took place and the resolutions approved in the III Conference of the Communist Parties of South America and the Caribbean, held in Moscow in October 16 to 28, 1934. It examines its repercussion in activities of the PCB (Brazilian Communist Party) and the South-American Secretariat of the Communist International during the year of 1935, and discusses its actual influence in the preparation of the social revolts of November. This study reveals that the anti-fascist revolts of November 1935 were not the result of supposed "orders from Moscow", as the established Official History versions claim.
