Abstract
In a very concise way, it would be worth highlighting as contributions of Marxism to feminism the historical and material approach, which allowed the denaturalization of women's subordination, situating its genesis in a process generated in and by social relations, in determined socioeconomic contexts; the interpretation of political economy in relation to the capitalist work process and the place of domestic work; and the analysis of ideology, which offers elements to think about other dimensions of social relations and conflicts, beyond those linked to the material base, even when mediated by it.
