Abstract

There is, on earth, a people who did not hesitate to assume the expenses, the toil and the dangers of a war for the freedom of other peoples. He did not do it for neighbors or close neighbors or residents of the same continent. No! In fact, these people sailed across the seas to prevent an unjust form of government from existing throughout the world and to ensure that law and human and divine rights could reign everywhere.
