Abstract
Contemporary capitalism, with the configuration it has assumed in recent decades, has accentuated its destructive logic, which outlines some of its tendencies that have strongly affected the world of work. The pattern of capitalist accumulation, structured under the binomial Taylorism/Fordism, has been increasingly altered, mixed and in some cases even replaced by flexible and deregulated productive forms, of which the so-called flexible accumulation and the Japanese model or Toyotism are examples.
