Abstract

The expectations of the Communist Manifesto regarding the likely course of the international proletarian revolution have not been confirmed. It is imperative that all those who are committed or will commit themselves to the effort to re-establish the international communist program for the 21st century do not equivocate about this observation that is striking to our eyes and flooding our ears.
