Abstract

The theoretical plan of the work is drawn up in critical dialogue with the work Citizenship, social class and status by the English sociologist Thomas H. Marshall and addresses the issue of the configuration of citizenship as an “ideological and political phenomenon in capitalist society”. The eight articles that make up the book were written between 2000 and 2014.
