PPEC statistical report: 2015-2024

Abstract

The PPEC (Portal de Periódico Eletrônicos Científicos da UNICAMP) Statistical Report, covering the period from 2015 to 2024, shows significant growth in production and access to publications. There has been a steady increase in the number of titles, issues, articles, downloads and accesses to the portal, with peaks in 2023 and a slight decrease in 2024 due to adjustments in journal accreditation. In 2024, the PPEC had 33 titles, mostly continuous flow journals (76%), distributed mainly in the areas of Humanities and Linguistics, Letters and Arts. Revista HISTEDBR On-line and Conexões were the most accessed journals, with the majority of accesses coming from Brazil, the USA and Germany. The report indicates that PPEC reaches a wide and diverse audience, demonstrating the impact of its publications on the academic community.
