This guide aims to assist in filling out the metadata for the validation spreadsheet for depositing in Edubase. Its purpose is to standardize metadata entries, avoiding duplication and registration errors during the indexing process. It ensures that the editor or assistant can become aware of the importance of curated and representative metadata for their publication in the database.
