Résumé

Les nouvelles formes de travail passent par un cadre complexe et dense: l'algorithmisation. Tous les individus y sont soumis à une nouvelle forme de capitalisme qui accroît le pouvoir et la surveillance. En conséquence, les travailleurs sont sous l'égide de patrons immatériels et virtuels, sous forme d'algorithmes, qui exploitent leur travail et le poussent vers la précarité. Une nouvelle forme de travail est en train de naître, dans laquelle les droits des travailleurs ne sont pas garantis et où les relations de travail sont affaiblies. Cet article traite de la manière dont l'algorithmisation a rendu possible le travail liquide et précaire, à partir d'un essai sur les nouvelles formes de travail réalisées par l'environnement numérique. L'objectif principal de l'essai est de contribuer aux discussions sur le travail plateformisé et ses répercussions sociales, face à une structure de surveillance constante et à des relations de pouvoir qui reconfigurent une logique sociale dans laquelle les algorithmes ont un pouvoir sur les travailleurs.
