Abstract
The exercise of Bolivian legal pluralism in the hands of indigenous peoples has demonstrated the contradictions of what is stipulated in the law with practice. The experience of Amawt'a Marcela Quisbert, the main leader in the first Conflict of Jurisdiction process between the Original Indigenous Peasant Jurisdiction and the Ordinary Jurisdiction raised in the Zongo Valley, is a testament to the limits that indigenous authorities cross when exercising their rights collective in the plural normative framework. Based on this, in this interview, we intend to divulge this conflict scenario and the different resistance strategies that emerged from the indigenous authorities, since they were guided by the formalities of the Ordinary Jurisdiction.
