Temáticas uses the Creative Commons (CC) license, thereby preserving the integrity of the articles in an open-access environment, in which:

• The publication reserves the right to make normative, orthographic, and grammatical changes to the originals to maintain the formal standard of the language, while respecting the authors' style;

• Originals will not be returned to the authors;

• Authors retain full rights to their works published in Temáticas, and any total or partial reprinting, deposit, or republication is subject to the indication of the first publication in the journal, via the CC-BY license;

• The original publication source must be cited;

• The opinions expressed by the authors of the articles are their sole responsibility;

• The authorship is exclusively responsible for the veracity and authenticity of the data presented, as well as for the opinions expressed and the entire content of the submitted and/or published work.
