Children in a rural-ribeirinho space: relational processes between humans and non-humans

Abstract

The rural-riverine Amazonian context presents itself as a space of sociobiodiversity and socioculturality in which men and women build their cultures, ways of life and social relations. They are, therefore, holders and transmitters of a vast experience in the use and conservation present in/among the space/time of nature, especially in river and forest spaces, where these populations live. We can say that they build, linked to the local culture, a kind of relational pedagogy nature, humans and other beings, based on seeing, feeling and doing.
