Resumo
O estudo descreve o desenvolvimento e implementação de um podcast institucional para fomentar a internacionalização do Programa de Pós-Graduação em Enfermagem de uma Universidade Federal, apresentar indicadores de alcance e discutir implicações práticas para a circulação do conhecimento e internacionalização “em casa”. Trata-se de pesquisa aplicada de produção tecnológica desenvolvida em seis etapas, incluindo revisão de literatura, definição de conteúdo, construção da tecnologia, entrevistas com especialistas, implementação e registro no INPI. Foram publicados 17 episódios, alcançando 582 reproduções e 107 seguidores, com predominância de ouvintes no Brasil (88,7%) e público majoritariamente feminino entre 35 e 44 anos. O podcast contribui para ampliar oportunidades de mobilidade acadêmica e perspectivas profissionais, científicas e culturais de estudantes e profissionais de enfermagem.
